Because unless that&#8217;s branded differently (GOTY edition etc) it&#8217;s just going to cause confusion between existing stock of unresellable codes-in-a-box and disc versions. And even if it is separately branded (and presumably priced), it&#8217;s just going to feel like a rip-off to everyone who got duped into buying the CIAB.</p>
