<p>I wish it concluded a bit more&#8230; conclusively, but apparently it&#8217;s been renewed for a second season so I guess that&#8217;s why.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yeah, Cuphead is both beautifully done and hard as nails. I played for a long time and mostly only succeeded in clearing levels after memorising pretty much every pattern.</p>
<p>That said, you do feel a sense of achievement for beating them. I think the boss I got stuck on was the rollercoaster one, I don&#8217;t think I ever got past that.</p>

It feels choppy and nonsensical and operates on a kind of cartoon logic that makes it hard to buy into it or care about it. It&#8217;s almost like a Tom &amp; Jerry cartoon at times.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve picked up a bunch more Transformers in recent months.</p>
<p>SS86 Thundercracker is fine, but a bit too smooth and animation-orientation to me &#8211; I like a bit of greebling. Being so flat kind of makes him look cheap. And the jet mode is virtually the same as the Earthrise mould so this isn&#8217;t really all that much of an upgrade.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yes I have seen some criticism of the casting, nominally that it is historically inaccurate but seemingly mainly to complain that the cast includes black and trans actors.</p>
<p>Apparently complaints about historical inaccuracy don&#8217;t extend to them all having American accents and speaking English though, that&#8217;s obviously fine.</p>

I didn&#8217;t have a clue what was meant to be going on in that big climactic backwards-forwards battle, the movie had totally lost me by that point.</p>

He seems to be one of those popular directors that it&#8217;s trendy to say isn&#8217;t very good, when I think he actually is very good, technically and conceptually.</p>

As with most Nolan movies, even when telling a relatively straightforward story he plays with time and structure (see also Oppenheimer), and Zimmer&#8217;s music in Dunkirk was superb too and elevated the whole thing another notch.</p>

Yeah, this was superb. Not sure if it&#8217;s just me but the show seems to be getting better and better with every episode. She&#8217;s been great in a supporting capacity so far but elevating her to the lead for an episode worked brilliantly.&lt;/p&gt;</p>
