I learned from a podcast that Philips was once offered to buy Apple. Philips was also the parent company of ASML becfore they split off, and once owned 27.5 % of shares of TSMC

These casting complaints of the Odyssey movie is nothing new but still very annoying. They have the nerve to center themselves, want to impose their way and their standards on everything. The first year of House of Dragons show, the black actor who plays this rich character with his own navy got so much hate mail. And when Disney did the little mermaid movie and cast a black girl, the complaints came about that. Wasn’t there complaints about Billy Dee Williams as Lando? Science fiction and fantasy stories featuring all kinds of creatures, weird aliens in so many shapes, sizes, humanoid life forms but can’t have a regular black man or woman… Smh.
