Sad. He was a fantastic writer.
He was also a writer for Law & Order: Criminal Intent.

As a Marvelite circa 1970, Roy Thomas was my favorite writer, followed closely by Gerry Conway. His run on The Amazing Spider-Man included the death of Gwen Stacy and the introduction of the Punisher. Thank you, Mr. Conway, for so many years of entertainment. RIP
