I used to post a “real life” Homer Simpson in the picture thread. It was creepy then. Imagine now with AI…

    Like we have to imagine.

“Traden” as the Dutch version of the English verb to trade (especially when talking about stock trading) might be the worst anglicism in the Dutch language. Stupid morons, there is a perfectly fine Dutch alternative.

@christian… fellow… You really did not have to do that. AI is creepy as it is now on social media. No need for that much here

I have to scroll past it real fast.

Yeah, that Homer picture is horrific as well as being AI. Can we get rid of that?

    Another space joy ride:

The network news here in the US is referring to this as a HISTORIC SPACE FLIGHT!. Setting aside the argument about whether or not 30 seconds of weightlessness qualifies as a “space flight”, what was historic about this? How does the incident of some pseudo-celebrity women riding on a spaceship for 10 minutes in 2025 deserve to be called historic?!
Amelia Earhart becoming the first female aviator to fly solo across the Atlantic? Historic
Bessie Coleman becoming the first woman of color to obtain a pilot’s license? Historic
Valentina Tereshkova becoming the first female cosmonaut in space? Historic
Eileen Collins becoming the first female space shuttle pilot AND shuttle commander? Historic

Katy Perry, Gayle King, etc. sitting in a rocket for 10 minutes?

It’s a total win for diversity though!

Again really odd weather patterns in Europe. Eastern Germany and Western Poland is the hottest with 28 degrees. More than 10 degrees warmer than Central Spain.

I am just happy to know that we have a government now that’s ready to go back to fossil fuels and is shutting down all that green nonsense.

  • #127311

Some of the things the ladies said like Gayle King and especially Katy Perry and Bezos’ girlfriend about the flight were so clueless on social media.

    Eighty tomorrow in the city!

Video on twitter of some moronic streamer yelling at a drowsy sedated tiger. I swear these nuisance influencers just do annoying shit for hate clicks. Maybe they should be torn apart by the wild animals they tease.
