Alright, so this has its beginnings in the Space thread… of all places. Sean Robinson (no relation to Colin Robinson) requested, discreetly and respectfully, that I write some hardcore slashfic starring our favourite mods, Gareth and Lorcan.
Naturally I stayed up all night to write, as you do, but I still feel the need to preface this.
I have a very, very limited experience writing slashfic, or hardcore erotica in general. I have however written quite a lot of fictional stories about my friends over the years, much to their bewilderment/amusement/outrage, and while it’s been a ride both tonight and historically in trying to toe the lines of respect and identity, I think I’ve found a way to make it respectful and fun.
The really hard part was making it sexy. But I can confidently say I think you’ll be turned on, just not the way you’d expect. The heavy influence of Nabokovs Lolita is apparent, as well as some minor influences from the brilliant movie Secretary. I’ve also, naturally, sprinkled it with some proper and relevant pop culture references. Five points to the first person to find my Spawn reference.
