I’m on a train hurtling through the out back. There are scorching blue skies to look at and hours to kill.

I’ve Wi-Fi and access to Comixology, Marvel Unlimited and just about every other online database I can think of.

Recommend me something

Gillen’s “Peter Cannon: Thunderbolt series” is a very clever and fun superhero comic that riffs on Watchmen and ends up both celebrating it and urging comics to move on from it. It’s good.

I actually ended up reading Money Shot, based on your recommendation. And re read some stuff.

And then I slept.

I suppose this thread should continue. I will eventually have go get the train back.

What did you think of it? It’s OK but doesn’t really get going in the first issue. The second one is out next week I think.

It was okay. The best scene is the fish aliens initial responses.

It reminded me of Sex Criminals at times, but only because of the theme rather than the story.
