Here’s a thread I’ve toyed with starting for years. A comment from @njerry on an Instagram post inspired me to actually start it. I’ve been using lino to make prints since 2018 so seven years late is better than nothing.

I’ve recently started archiving my old prints from oldest to newest by reprinting them from the oringal tiles in a big hardcover sketchbook.

The process has been mixed. Some of the old designs are pretty rough but I’ve enjoyed looking at how my style has changed and how my technique has improved. It’s also been neat seeing the first instances of repeated motifs and design choices I continue to use.

Anyway, here’s a Hellboy that I originally carved back in 2018.

    Thanks Todd!

Here’s the most recent print I’ve done. After stumbling across a sub Reddit dedicated to the subject I’ve been on a medieval marginalia style kick. Animals acting like people, odd perspectives and scales, and general weirdness all provide plenty of fun source material.

I still have one of your prints framed on my bookshelf, Bruce!

Thanks. They’ve been a whole lot of fun to do.

A couple years back inside a bunch of skulls. I am particularly happy with this point and click era one, so much so it’s actually one of the few I have it on display.

A medieval marginalia menagerie work in progress.

I’ve put a few designs up as stickers etc on Redbubble. Turned on t-shirts and a bunch of other stuff as an option. So far I have sold a mouse mat (who is buying mouse mats in the 2020s?!).
